Please note the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made between 12 and 4 hours before the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the total route cost.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the total amount.
• For cancellations outside office hours (08:00–21:00), written notification via email or message will be accepted based on the time sent.

We monitor flight and ship statuses for all airport and port pickups. If your flight or ship is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time at no extra cost. However, please notify us of any known changes as early as possible.

For airport pickups, the driver will be tracking the flight, so rest assured that they will be at the arrivals hall on time holding a sign with your full name. The driver will also contact you shortly after your flight lands via WhatsApp to ensure a smooth pickup

Payment can be completed in advance via a secure payment link or bank transfer (SEPA / IBAN). We also accept all major credit/debit cards or cash directly with your chauffeur upon arrival.
